Information Recorded
Jakhu Inc. and the InkField collects personally identifying information and data about individuals, their company, and the companies’ demographics “personally identifying information and data” including; users registering at the Jakhu Inc. and/or the InkField site. Any specific service and or services requested by the user, requiring Jakhu Inc. and the InkField to provide some personally identifiable information to a third party and can be shared, disclosed or distributed to said third parties only in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Examples include bonded mailing houses for processing and labeling items, including publications, prior to mailing; and, Canada Post and other distributors and/or carriers. Jakhu Inc. and the InkField provides only the information required to perform the requested service/services. Information provided to third parties in these circumstances may only be used for the stated purpose. It is our practice to require third party suppliers to handle information in a manner consistent with Jakhu Inc. and the InkField’s policies. 

From time to time we may add other information that we collect from third party sources to enhance the information that you provided to Jakhu Inc. and the InkField. Postal addresses, and other personally identifying information and data may be used to promote the InkField and other Jakhu Inc. companies’ products. Fax numbers provided to Jakhu Inc. and the InkField may be used to communicate information about an InkField event to an attendee, exhibitor, and/or sponsor. Jakhu Inc. and the InkField may also contact you from time to time to conduct research and surveys in our ongoing effort to improve our product and service offerings, and/or to invite your editorial comments for articles being developed for publication.

About Tell-A-Friend
If customers elect to use our referral services for informing a friend about our sites and services, we may ask them for the friend's name, job title and e-mail address. Jakhu Inc. and the InkField will store and use this information to send the friend an invitation. This information may also be used to provide information about our company and related products and services. The friend may contact us as specified in the “tell-a-friend message” to request that no further communications be sent.
Further, once you are registered at the Jakhu Inc. and the InkField sites, you will have the option at any stage to inform us that you no longer wish to receive future e-mails and you may “unsubscribe.”

Credit Card Information
If you purchase publications on the Site and/or register for an event, you will be required to submit your credit-card details, including your name, account number and the expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and/or to contact you if there are difficulties in processing your order.  Jakhu Inc. and the InkField use credit card processing companies to bill users for goods and services; which will not be retained. shared, stored and/or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Telephone Numbers & Telemarketing
Telephone numbers provided to Jakhu Inc. and the InkField may be used by InkField and other Jakhu Inc. representatives to contact said Companies and/or its affiliates and its advertisers for promotional purposes only. Jakhu Inc. and the InkField may rent and/or license for use phone numbers to select outside firms for promotional purposes. Offers for which the numbers are rented and/or licensed for use are required to target their offers carefully.
Transfer of Ownership
In the event that the ownership of Jakhu Inc. and the InkField, or any of its products are sold and/r transferred, all lists and data which contains personally identifying information and/or data including; for example, user name, address, company name, telephone number, demographic information, buying information, other data, and/or e-mail address, will be transferred to the new owner.
